Hey, I'm Lisa.

Here's a little bit about me.  For much of my career, I worked in the corporate world, climbing the corporate ladder and doing all the things I thought I was supposed to be doing. From the outside, everything looked great, but deep down I felt like something was missing and that I was meant for more.

In my personal life I was a single mum of two incredible (now adult) daughters and I was living the daily rollercoaster of the joys and challenges that come with balancing career, family, and life's many demands.  Life felt hectic, I was tired and overwhelmed and never had any time for me! 

 

It's funny how the universe has a way of showing us what's most important.  In 2022 my world was turned upside down when I was diagnosed with an aggressive form of Breast Cancer.  Whilst it was one of the most challenging times in my life, I now look at this experience as a blessing.  It changed my perspective in so many ways. It taught me the importance of slowing down, prioritising what matters most and recognising that life is so incredibly precious so I better make it count!

 

So, I made the jump from corporate over to my true passion and today, through The Hidden Advantage, I help individuals uncover what is uniquely brilliant about them. I believe that each of us has a set of natural strengths and talents that, when understood and embraced, are the key to creating a more fulfilling life. My work is about helping people reconnect with who they are, understand what energises them, and build the confidence to move forward in a way that feels authentic to them.
