With over 18 years of experience in Human Resources, I've worked across employee relations, recruitment, performance management, leadership development and workplace culture.
My parents also own a small business, so I've seen firsthand how much goes into running a business and managing the people who help make it successful.
I understand that small business owners don't always have the time, resources or dedicated HR support available to larger organisations. When a people issue arises, you need someone who can help you work through it without making things more complicated than they need to be.
